Health Care

For Health Care let us emphasize that about 40% of the women rescued are HIV positive. We are providing free consultations and medicines in our protective home to the routine patients having complaints of general illnesses and specialized consultation for HIV/AIDS. As a matter of fact, we have employed an MBBS Doctor on part time basis to deal with the usual illnesses
prostitutes are often a dynamic and mobile population, making continued intervention essential. HIV/AIDS prevention or cure for prostitutes is a continues activity. For an effective health care many services like medical, social, psychological, self-defense and some times Judicial have to be provided

The torture meted out to the victims and malnutrition has resulted in them having acquired serious illness like tuberculoses, typhoid, influenza etc. The situation is further complicated by them having acquired sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS. Naturally, unless a carefully organized consultation, medication and treatment is given to the innocent victims, they can not hope to return to our healthy society.

Providing such consultation and treatment involves the following:

  1. Employing a good MBBS doctor.
  2. Affording various numerous tests and analysis of blood, urine, stool, saliva.
  3. Referring them to the specialists when needed.
  4. Hospitalization whenever necessary.
  5. Free medicines in all the cases.
  6. Special treatment & consultations for HIV patients.
  7. Consultation & treatment for eyes, teeth etc.
  8. Lifelong treatment to the patients who are affected by terminal illness
  9. Abortion
  10. Deliveries
